Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Pakistan through third party courier partners. Standard delivery is generally three to five working days after confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear parcel photos or video.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within seven days. Opened cosmetic products cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
